Darrell has extensive experience successfully leading all aspects of finance and integrated strategy for large organizations across various industries. He currently oversees enterprise strategy, treasury, strategic planning, finance and risk management functions as Group Vice President of Strategy and Finance at JM Family Enterprises, where he partners across the business on capital allocation, portfolio growth, diversification and tax strategies. Darrell has successfully led finance and operational functions, including treasury, financial planning & analysis, financial operations, financial technology, accounting, tax, as well as mergers & acquisitions, sourcing, supply chain and risk management, based on his current role at JM Family Enterprises and his previous roles as CFO of Carnival Cruise Line and Corporate Treasurer of Carnival Cruise Line's parent, Carnival Corporation. He also has extensive accounting, audit and financial experience gained from his nearly 15 years of audit service at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, including in his role as Audit Partner. He is a licensed CPA in New Hampshire and Florida.
