I led a Transformational Programme of work to adopt Disciplined Agile and DevOps ways of working across William Hill and its 1000+ people across Technology and Product. Whilst owning the execution of the plan I am also heavily engaged and work in collaboration with delivery teams and technology leaders to drive a long term cultural change across the organisation. Key responsibilities:• Leadership of multiple delivery streams, providing oversight and support to all stream leads across culture, communication, DevOps, Agile education and innovation • Own the relationship with 3rd party change consultants and member of the steering group• Delivering value early to stakeholders through small iterations • Collaboratively work with teams to adapt ways of working and drive a continuous improvement culture• Accountable for all roadmap and financial planning and engagement lead for all stakeholders• Focusing on outcomes to measure progress against our strategic OKR’s (Objective and Key Results). • Implementation and management of a necessary level of governance across People, Risk, Issue and dependency management, reporting etc.

Leading Programmes/Projects across William Hill’s diverse business divisions. Delivering date driven Compliance Projects, and enhancing existing and new products across Online and Retail channels and Projects. Responsible for all Project/Programme governance, managing budgets up to £10m. Line manager to Project Managers and providing support and leadership to all matrix managed people within the Projects. Due to high delivery standards I progressed to managing some of William Hills most business critical and complex Projects. Leading all aspects from inception through to customer delivery. In addition I was responsible for owning the relationship with our key development partner, this entailed leading commercial discussions on an account of over 8m per year with 80+ software engineers.

Liaising with multiple stakeholders, making priority calls and monitoring quality with the major 3rd party supplier.

Reporting to the Head of PMO I was a Project Coordinator supporting Programmes and Projects in all aspects of Project governance and management. • Supported Programme and Project Managers with all aspects of Project governace including Project Planning, progress updates, budgetary control and RAID management whilst ensuring controls were consistent with the William Hill project methodology. On occasion deputised for Project Managers to ensure delivery remained on track. • Part of PMO team that provided governance for the largest IT Programme at William Hill which had a budget of £20m. My main responsibilities were maintaining the RAID logs, meet with Project team leads to review progress, producing overall progress reports and monitoring overall budgetary controls.• Captured requirements and delivered a Change Request process using HP Quality Centre which was successfully used throughout the programme lifecycle.• Worked with the Transition Manager to produce Go-Live readiness reports and implementation plans.

• Ensured new requirements from a major customer were assessed by all parties involved in the SDLC to produce an impact and cost assessment for the customer, these change notes could vary from 50k to £15m. • Producing regular progress reports for internal and customer stakeholders.• Captured requirements for new in house database software application to track change notes and involvement in the successful migration onto this software.• Chairing weekly meetings with both internal and external stakeholders including collating all the relevant information for the Programme CAB (Change Advisory Board).
