Involved in the development and creation of ORTEC for the Beer Store. Created and ran training sessions for User Acceptance Testing as well as helped develop the training program for the Ontario Distribution Routers. Completed sessions with the 6 Large Distribution Centres on how to use ORTEC and involved in the Hypercare for each location.May 2017, I joined the larger SAP project, and assisted as part of the Inventory Management team that rolled out SAP ERP to the province of Ontario. Responsible for planning delivery crews to customers and working with the CAPS routing software. Worked with customers to make sure that they received their beer in a timely manner and completed customer visits to make sure the deliver location was safe and that the appropriate time and equipment was given to the delivery crews to make the deliveries. Looked after the weekly and daily planning of staff required by position inside and outside of the warehouse for Full Time staff. Updated the staff daily based on the requirements for the next day to make sure we had enough people to fill all required roles. Reviewed the daily sign-off of the entered payroll to make sure all changes that were required had been completed as well as make sure all audit requirements were completed. Looked after the development of the yearly vacation schedule for all Full-Time employees based on vacation allotments. Responsible for the Ottawa DC Fleet Maintenance. Worked with our service provider to make sure that our fleet had the regular inspections and that the required repairs were being made in appropriate time to keep the fleet on the road and allowing it to be used for deliveries and empty pick-ups. Worked with Cetaris software to track our fleet maintenance, kilometres, and costing.

Worked with CAPS Routing Software for the Ontario Distribution Locations during the initial part of my role for this location during centralized routing. Was part of the team that planned deliveries to the different customer types working with the Distribution location to make sure that the location was able to properly deliver to their customer base. Upon decentralization I worked out of the Ottawa location planning routes for the Ottawa DC for its customers and its cross-dock location as well I planned the routes for the Sudbury DC for its customers and its cross-dock location.

Worked on trucks delivering beer and picking up empties at establishments out of the Ottawa Distribution Centre.Assembled orders for the multiple customer types that placed Orders with the Ottawa Distribution Centre. Work on multiple shifts including overnights for this position. Sorted empty bottles that were returned from establishments for return to multiple brewer vendors.
