These workshops help participants to understand their personality profiles, team dynamics and build effective skills in conflict resolution, communication and collaboration.With my background in the corporate world and experience as a trained actor, I design and engage through role plays for the relevant training programmes. The role plays reflect their work scenarios so that the participants can effectively practise new skills.
