Since 2004, Darrell Clark has been an integral part of closing over 1,000 commercial real estate finance transactions in over 40 states on the credit and production sides of the business. He is a deal driver who brings a sense of professional urgency to projects, while remaining committed to due diligence and credit quality. He understands what borrowers, brokers, credit committees, trading desks, and other industry participants are looking for and can qualify, structure, and model loan requests accordingly.At Berkeley Point Capital's Irvine, CA office, Clark managed the credit team which supported four originators sourcing over $1 billion in financing annually. He was Regional Director of the Western Region at Hunt Mortgage Group where he was responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, and bridge loans nationwide. Prior to becoming an originator, Clark served as the Deputy Chief Underwriter for Hunt in New York, NY. Upon graduation from Rhodes College, Clark learned the ropes of the industry with Greystone & Co., working as an analyst and underwriter in their Memphis, TN office and as a senior production analyst in their Pasadena, CA office.
