33 years in Hospitality Security including Hotels, Events, Restaurants, Nightclubs, Concerts, and especially alcohol service. I work part time as a courtroom expert to help determine adequate security in these areas. I also provide training and write policy for all hospitality and security issues such as workplace violence, active shooter, general policies and procedures, firearms, use of force and many others. Human Trafficking has unfortunately hit many hotels very hard and I am pleased to offer my services to those victims or properties who need guidance in this area.
