Responsible for all aspects of application development for much of Yale's HR and Finance applications, including the current ERP platform. This includes technical analysis, development, testing, and ongoing production support. In addition, serving as the Technical Workstream Lead in Yale's Workday initiative. Responsibilities have included overseeing all aspects of the data conversion and integrations efforts in the transition from Yale's current ERP system to Workday. Also responsible for Yale's Workday tenant management strategy and performance. • Delivery Manager responsible for managing the overall stability, resources, communication, and delivery of all cross-functional work efforts within the team and in support of CIGNA's Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) strategy within HealthCare and Group Insurance. Responsible for the organizations project estimates and ongoing project portfolio while maintaining the financial goals and staffing requirements in the delivery of projects in order to meet the needs of our consumers. • Manage the team’s project and baseline portfolio budget of $11M – $12M, encompassing a team of 120 resources.• Resource and business manager responsible for the resource allocations, project forecasting, hiring and staffing for the teams resources as well as overall responsibility for managing of the teams vendor contracts.• Enterprise Project Manager (EPM) and PM responsible for the financials and end to end delivery for a number of successfully delivered key technical and strategic initiatives with a budget of just under $2M. In 2010, delivered two of the only successful projects as part of the IT strategy portfolio.• Direct responsibility for managing a team of 30-35 project managers, technical resources, and QA resources in the delivery of enterprise services across numerous projects.• Continue to maintain overall responsibility for the project management discipline within the team, driving and ensuring consistency and standardization in support of CIGNA's SOA strategy.
