I am a mental health advocate. I bring my personal journey through mental health challenges to the forefront of my advocacy. Each day, my unwavering commitment is to show as many people as possible that they are not alone, and that there's always a glimmer of hope, regardless of the depths of their struggles. Leading with vulnerability, I stand as a beacon of support and understanding. Despite my apprehension as a public speaker, I boldly address individuals or groups of any size and on any platform. The fear of sharing my story pales in comparison to the darkness I've faced. Conquering my own demons has fueled me with an enduring drive and boundless passion. I am dedicated to extending a compassionate hand not only to those on the brink of their own struggles but also to those already engulfed in darkness. I pledge to sit beside them, sharing their burdens, so they never have to endure the loneliness that once consumed me.
