Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage on Going Renovation works for Civil/MEP and Architectural/Fit out finishing works of Commercial Private Office for NCA-National Cybersecurity Authority at Diplomatic Quarters • Ensures that the Project Quality Systems meet the existing requirements of ISO 9000 series and Company’s Policies by assuring Technical Integrity and Fitness for purpose in overall Project engineering, materials, equipment and construction • Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.• Prepare approval of documentations and submittals of required Design Drawings, materials, and other related physical presentation for the project.• Prepare quantification and cost implications for BOQ presentations and submittals• Responsible for the management and supervision of the project from construction phase to handover.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage the renovation of Civil/MEP and Architectural/Fit out finishing works for Residential Villa project• Fit-out Finishing and Refurbishment works under BANQUE SAUDI FRANSI and MA’ADEN – Saudi Arabian Mining Company projects • Established proper implementation of assigned project on site, in particular with the interior and Fit-out Architectural finishing and refurbishment works. • Responsible for the Management and supervision of the project construction phase up to project handover • Prepare comprehensive progress reports with corresponding progress billing and variations of works computations, BOQ and cost implications as required by the client • Responsible for the HSE, safe keeping and proper housekeeping of site

Duties and Responsibilities: • Liaison with Project Managers/Construction Managers and Head of Civils, to properly monitor site progress Supervises the development and implementation of Quality Management and Quality Assurance requirements on the construction of the assigned projectsEnsures that the Project Quality Systems meet the existing requirements of ISO 9000 series and Company’s Policies by assuring Technical Integrity and Fitness for purpose in overall Project engineering, materials, equipment and construction• Ensure Civil Engineering, for Tower foundations/Erection and site development and road works, Construction of Building of Equipment (Telecom) Facilities and Infrastructure, MEP and Architectural Fit out works. Facilities Operations and Maintenance Management are properly implemented as required by SANGCOM • Liaise with the Client's The United Kingdom (UK) Ministry Of Defense (MOD) representatives and Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG) Communications Projects (SANGCOM) Team or Authority for the conduction of day to-day quality related project and construction activities, attend progress meetings/presentation of project implementation process with MoD UK and SANCOM Management representatives • Managed conceptual design for the projects whilst providing task management and technical contributions to multi-disciplinary teams to bring innovative solutions for Civil/Architectural and MEP infrastructure problems• Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion and site hand over whilst monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations • Properly conduct HSE functions at site as per compliance with the company and other governing protocols • Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, cost and quantity estimates, and deliverables

Duties and Responsibilities:•Supervises the development and implementation of Quality Management and Quality Assurance requirements on the construction of a 14-storey medium rise building and housing projects.• Ensures that the Project Quality Systems meet the existing requirements of ISO 9000 series and Company’s Policies by assuring Technical Integrity and Fitness for purpose in overall Project engineering, materials, equipment and construction • Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.• Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.• Responsible for the Project implementation reports and oversee management meetings with the client when ever the Project Manager is not available• Responsible for the on site project Quality Assurance inspection and Quality Control on workmanship, technical evaluation of materials and deliverables prior to approvals for constructions use• Responsible for proper project implementations and supervision as well

Responsible for the construction of Civil and MEP works for the rehabilitation including fabrication and installations of Pipelines in various ARAMCo. Project site, kingdom wide.• Ensures that the Project Quality Systems meet the existing requirements of ISO 9000 series and Company’s Policies by assuring Technical Integrity and Fitness for purpose in overall Project engineering, materials, equipment and construction • Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.• Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.• Responsible for the preparation of quantity estimates, BOQ, SOW and tender documents for bidding processes for submittal to BIDS and AWARDS committee.• Supervises the Construction and rehabilitations of various warehouse facilities inside ARAMCo Dahran and Jubail area.• Responsible for the Management and Supervision of the Refurbishment of Dental clinic and Surveying Department building and facilities for ARAMCo Dahran area.

• Responsible for the Rehabilitation of Railways/Embankment/Roads and station building infrastructure – Bicol and Quezon segment.

• Responsible for Precast low-cost housing projects, Roads and Highway construction,• Steel/Fabrication and erection works for various steel structures warehouse and precast steel formworks.
