Accountable for a $105 million budget and leading the transportation and logistics team responsible for the planning, implementation and control over the efficient and effective flow of finished products, services and related information from point of origin to final destination for 4 large building products manufacturing facilities situated in BC, AB and ON. Responsibilities included: distribution, warehousing and transloading, inbound and outbound freight transportation coordination (rail, truck, domestic and export container), rate/service negotiation, inventory planning and control, on-time order fulfillment and related service performance measurement, VMI management, transportation budgeting, personnel management.

Responsible for evaluating, selecting and negotiating multi-year rail freight and ocean terminal agreements, rail-track construction, ocean terminal construction and railcar leasing agreements for a proposed $3.2 billion mine.

Marketing and sales, contract negotiation, customer service, budgeting and financial analysis on a $65 million account base covering a variety of commodities and industries.

Sales and marketing responsibiity for an account base worth $50 million into North America, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Europe markets for 8 forest products manufacturing operations.

Sales/contract negotiation and marketing responsibility on a $32 million account base for three northern British Columbia manufacturing facilities.
