Poly-Pipe and steel distribution lines to tank batteries, tank battery berm installs, site maintence, tank battery install and maintain, install water pumps and maintain. Electrical controls of tank batteries. Oil and Gas separator install and maintain. Manage all aspects of lease repair and maintence. Maintain relations with contributing vendors. Payroll. Manage compliance with Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Oklahoma Tax Commission, OSHA, EPA and any other Regulatory Agencies and includes all timely required reports. Progress reports. Balance Sheet and Income and Loss Statements. Manage all Operating Expenses. Maintain Banking and Tax Accounting requirements including sale of produced oil and gas to accredited Purchasers and taxation. Report Profit and Loss Statements. Distribute Royalty Owner Payments. Manage Relationship Requirements with Investors, Vendors, Contractors, Emloyees, and Regulatory Agencies. Evaluate, Direct and Mange all negotiations, contracts, for the Sale and Aquisition of Oil and Gas Leases.
