Responsible for facilities maintenance at a 350,000 sq' Corporate Office and Research & Development Center, including:- Chillers, water towers, chemical injection systems- HVAC, air handlers, humidifiers- Electrical systems, lighting- Pumps, motors, Variable Speed Drives- Acid waste neutralization system- DI water, RO water system- Energy management

- Perform preventive maintenance. Attend to unplanned downtime or breakdowns across all facility equipment or systems and undertake assignments/tasks assigned by Facility Project Manager - Schedule and plan daily assignments as directed by Facility Project Manager, Engineers, and other Managers - Assist Facility Project Manager in supervising & monitoring of all facilities system operation including FMCS, HVAC, Ventilation, PCW, Air Compressor, Dryer and Electrical systems - Perform regular log reading on all facility equipment and implement preventative maintenance program

- Member of Engineering Facilities Team, responsible for the Vehicle Performance information systems, trouble calls and breakdowns on production line for truck and passenger automobiles - Vehicle Performance responsibilities: air bags, brake test machines, emissions, headlight aim, steering angle and conveyor processes, robotic tow-in, roller, water test - Member of Facilities HVAC Team, responsible for PMs, repair and troubleshooting - HVAC responsibilities: building, split systems, package units, comfort air and process units (PMs, repairs and trouble calls) - Plant maintenance: interior and exterior lighting (Powerlink lighting status), overhead doors, JLG lifts to work on overhead problems, address environmental trouble calls and administrative building issues

- Move, install, repair and conduct preventive maintenance on pultruders and all types of production and building equipment-Perform general facility maintenance on building, outdoor lighting and HVAC

- Condenser and evaporator maintenance- Vibration analysis- Contribute to total predictive maintenance efforts, including Mastertrend CSI (Computational Systems, Inc.)- Participate in Kaizen Spirit continuous improvement- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair:-- Alcan Nocolock brazing furnaces-- Vacuum degreasers with ruffing and boosting pumps-- Electrostatic paint machines, filtering systems-- Chesterton rotating equipment and mechanical seals-- 3-axis plane benders-- 6-axis welding robots-- Core assembly and fin forming machines
