Administrate, control and direct a range of programs and activities for 2940 students and over 200 faculty members. Scope of the position includes: staff recruitment and hiring, development and maintain school mission and vision, supervise and evaluate staff as well as administrative personnel, fiscal management; analyze, review, and interpret data to facilitate improvement; record and administration organization and maintenance; student discipline, collaborate with building personnel to affect positive change, promote school values promotion and create of a safe, respectful, and fair environment for students, staff and faculty.• Maximize student learning time through effective management and implementation of master schedule• Create a collaborative professional environment using professional learning community methods• Build and establish a safe, positive culture or teaching and learning for all students.
