As a New Shop Barista Coach, I provide coaching and training to new baristas during the first 2 weeks of their new store opening. I work alongside various teams including, the Leadership team, Property and Marketing teams as well as the Director of Coffee, Merchandising Manager and the new teams to maintain coffee quality and consistency and to ensure they are ready to succeed.

Whilst being employed as an Assistant Manager I was tasked with running the shift, ensuring all orders were placed on time and all staff members were kept up to date on all information needed to be able to deliver an exceptional product and excellent customer service. Some of the other responsibilities I had were; creating rotas, conducting performance conversations and completing stock counts, shrinkage and wastage reports. This experience was challenging and very rewarding allowing me to discover my own managment style.
