On Medical Support Team for the manned space missions of Apollo and all the Skylab missions out of Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Prior career was as Fire Protection Specialist, serving up through Asst Fire Chief.

Established an in house biomedical equipment department which expanded with 3 other technicians of the years. Provided supervision as well as maintained the medical equipment to include radiology equipment as primary department. Added outside clinics for service affiliated with hospital. For 1 year, also was the supervisor the Plant Services department until another full time person could be found for this position.

Worked at Veterans Administration hospitals in Milwaukee, WI, Madison, WI, and VA Supply Depot, Chicago, IL. Primary duties were to repair and maintain numerous medical devices with emphasis on Radiology equipment.

Helped establish the new course in Medical Equipment Technology being offered by the college and instruct students in the career field of Medical Equipment Technology, anatomy and physiology, field trips to local hospitals to show them first hand, biomedical departments
