Darrell Farley, Otherwise known as Buddha The Street Disciple, knew that he was destined to work in Entertainment the day he set foot onto the Campus of Liberty University. In the fall of his Freshman year, he served as the Promotions Director, as well as an On-Air Talent for WWMC 90.9FM.Shortly after returning home from his Freshman year, he began working for Radio One where he filled many different capacities including: Music Scheduling and Programming, On-Air Shifts, and serving in the Promotions Department. Throughout his time at Radio One, he has also helped produce Nationally Syndicated radio shows across different formats: Russ Parr and Tom Joyner (Hip Hop & R&B), Joe Madison, Al Sharpton, Roland Martin and Warren Ballentine (News Talk), as well as Yolanda Adams, Erica Campbell, Coco Brother, James Fortune and Willie Moore Jr (Gospel).D. Farley has worked with some of the gospel music industries best artists from Kirk Franklin, Hezekiah Walker, Marvin Sapp, Erica Campbell, Byron Cage, Tamela Mann, and Tye Tribett. He has also worked extensively with the Hip-Hop community with artists from long time achievers Lecrae and Andy Mineo, to newcomers Uncle Reece and Jor'dan Armstrong.Aside From Radio, Street Disciple is involved with many different things. He is a DJ and has also hosted many events on the East Coast. He serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Saved Gang, which includes a Fraternity, Record Label, Music Marketing Group, and Outreach Group, as well as many other ventures. He dedicates himself to counsel local young men in the DC Metropolitan area, because he realizes that the youth need positive outlets to grow up as a generation of productive men.Spiritually speaking, Darrell attends the First Baptist Church of Glenarden, under the leadership of Pastor John K. Jenkins, Sr.
