Senior Design Engineer
Current* Provide 3D modeling of pipe inside Ship Engine room Such as Bulk Carrier and VLCC Ships.* Reading Diagram provided to make a routing of pipes and others.* Ensure Clash checking to provide 100% error free 3D models.* Using Catia V5 Software, responsible on preparing the engine room machineries and equipments 3D model for accurate location and actual measurement for piping route .* Provides 3D piping support, Ladder and passage way, Ducting/Ventilation models.* Responsible for generation of drawings in preparation for the manufacturing drawings. * Provide 2D drawing , manufacturing drawing for pipe support, Ladder and passage way and ventilation.* Responsible for producing Fitting drawings for assembly of ship.* Provide HULL models using surface design and parts design.* Responsible for customers request for modification and revision to ensure quality of output.* Responsible for checking and provide quality output, and drawings.* Assuring 100% quality of drawing thru checking all parts and details up to finishing drawings.*Do administrative reports such as weekly report progress, checking Man-hour.*Communicate to Japanese Counterpart on their requirements and demand and negotiate if there any difficulties arise on designing process. * Responsible for filling checking materials, reference materials to be use for the same kind of projects.* Speaking Japanese to communicate in our Japanese counterparts.**Had Undergone training in JMUC thru AOTS currently HIDA.Catia Skills.* Proficient in using sketcher and parts design, Structure design, Surface design and generative shape design and HVAC Design.*Capable of using parametrics for easy modification and reconstructing models.
