I have been in the training environment for 20 plus years. I have an array of expertise. I served in the Air Force and Air National Guard for 21 years and was very fortunate to be surrounded by many professional influences. I completed four two year degree programs that include Criminal Justice, Life Support and Survival and Rescue and Records and Information Management. I finished a Bachelors program in Organizational Management at Tusculum University in 2006 and I currently am completing a Network Engineers curriculum at New Horizons that include Comp-tia certifications such as A+, Network +, Security + as well as CISCO / CCNA 1 and 2 and Windows Server 2012. I have an extensive military background in several areas to include vulnerability and criticality assessments, Fire Arms Training, Tactics,Safety control measures. I led the training of over 2500 personnel for overseas deployment and readiness for 13 years. Effectively sharpening their skill set and preparing them for the physical and mental challenges that they would encounter upon arrival in theater. I am a positive thinker and problem solver. I am analytical when it comes to working through situations that require patience and pinpoint accuracy. I am reliable and can be depended on to complete a task. I believe that anyone can achieve success in any arena if you set your mind to it and stay committed. No matter what stage of your career you find yourself I believe a persons abilities can always be challenged and made sharper. We should all desire to be the resident expert in our craft.
