Managed a nursing/retirement home responsible for the care of 44 residents. Worked closely with physicians, nurses and caregivers to maintain optimal health of the residents. Worked closely with caregivers and nurses to ensure that staff remained motivated, and created an environment fit for working and caring for the elderly under our care. Took pride in providing training to new/old staff specifically in dementia care and other basic medical practices (vital signs). Oversaw general maintenance of the facilities and health and wellness inclusive of mental health of both residents and staff under my supervision.
