My main role is to direct, produce and edit various forms of content for Sunrise Technologies. My additional core responsibilities are:- Purchasing and maintaining all studio equipment.- Managing all of their social sites and design/animate twice a week posts for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This includes creating content for YouTube.- Overseeing and hiring the audio/visual production of the bi-annually conferences hosted by Sunrise.- Being Sunrises’s headshot photographer and general photographer/documenter for all events.- Producing and directing a twice a month call with the President for company wide updates, live through Microsoft Teams.

My main responsibility is to create video content to help promote the brand of TMX Finance Family of Companies. This includes creating social posts, social videos and internal content that explains a new initiative or announcement coming from the President of the Company. The Communication Director and I meet with other departments in order to find out what the project is and then strategize how to best communicate the new initiative. This is usually a mix of a designed communication but will extend to a video explanation. The avenues we would communicate through include email, social media, our public website, and/or a personal Dashboard only employees can see. I am in charge of creating all of the multimedia content which includes videos, gifs, and/or motion graphics. I am the sole person in charge of creating each of these assets so I will manage my time in order to complete each portion of the project. This includes scheduling out time to film the subject matter expert or, typically, the president of the company or someone in the C-Suite. After I film them, I edit the footage to an appropriate length. I will then take that video and animate the key points they bring up in order to emphasize their importance.I am also constantly researching what other companies are doing in regards to multimedia content and applying/innovating off of those ideas to make sure our department is at minimum current with other standards across other companies.

My role at WTOC was to direct 3 nightly newscasts. I ran the switchboard and directed a crew of 4 product assistants to make sure the show ran on time and no mistakes were made. I was constantly training production assistants on how to run the studio while I was directing, but also how to do my position so they could grow at WTOC.When I was not directing at WTOC, I was creating motion graphics for the reporter's stories. Usually, these assignments came within an hour of a show, so I would have to create the animation and export each animation in a tight deadline.

I film and edit many different athletic events that occur around the RAC. Each project is given a week to be done, and once the client has approved the video, it is sent both to the client and to the RAC’s YouTube Account and other social media platforms. I left this job since I was juggling two jobs in college and I could not handle all three positions at the same time.
