My company was established to provide various accounting and financial consulting services for local businesses. Primarily the result of referrals from RSM, significant engagements included providing financial reporting and analysis services to a Des Moines area property management company; serving as interim Controller for an Iowa based brokerage firm and for a mid-sized Des Moines construction company; developing a business plan and cash flow projection to raise expansion capital for a new franchising company; and assisting the tax department at RSM with an estate planning spreadsheet model for a wealthy client.

Medicap Pharmacies Incorporated was a national retail pharmacy franchisor based in West Des Moines. Position was eliminated after the company was sold to its largest competitor in St. Louis.
