Supervising the service team who provides customer service, sales and the pick-up and delivery of products to our customers; hiring, training, developing and evaluating the service team to ensure Cintas customers receive the highest level of customer service .

Provides leadership and utilizes independent judgment and action necessary to maintain normal ongoing operations. Ensures employees perform work safely and that equipment is maintained and processes are carried out in compliance safety and environment policies and procedures.

Primary duty is to assist supervisor to meet production goals as outlined by the supervisor, coordinates workforce and work flow within assigned department (s).

Perform a variety of semi-skilled welding procedures, including fabrication and assembly, in compliance with Wabash National welding procedures and Wabash National engineering drawings.

Perform manual duties requiring knowledge of techniques, tools, equipment and safety precautions. May be required to do other duties as requested by supervisor
