Darrell has over 25 years experience in the construction industry, as a consultant and client delivering major projects for blue chip companies in multiple market sectors, including Pharmaceutical, High Tech, Retail, Higher Education, Healthcare, Mining, Commercial, Leisure and Industrial.Darrell is the Divisional Directors of Currie & Browns Eastern US region based in Princeton, NJ. The east coast team is currently working with clients in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Texas, Arkansas, Arizona, Indianapolis and Canada, providing the full range of Project Controls services including Estimating, Scheduling, Cost Management, Risk Management, Project Management, Pre-Construction Services, Master planning, Program Management, Procedural Reviews and Project Auditing, Darrell experience includes conceptual and detailed cost estimates, preconstruction & procurement support, Bills of Quantities, bid reconciliation and leveling, contract negotiation, change order management, cost reporting, project closeout, taxation, financial analysis, change management and systems development. Prior to joining C&B he worked for numerous Clients and Cost Consultants in the UK Commercial, Retail and Leisure sectors. As a Client cost manager he managed annual development budgets, developed and implemented Project Tracking software, managed external cost management and estimating resources, developed and and introduced new processes and procedures and created and maintained standard cost estimating systems
