Prepared quarterly financial statements and communicated on a regular basis with legal, tax and Bermuda authorities.Reduced the company’s federal income tax burden from an effective tax rate of 68% to 20% in three (3) years through the use of financial reinsurance arrangements and tax-advantaged securities. Assisted in the formation of a Georgia domiciled life insurance company.
