My role at Oggetti encompassed all aspects of showroom design: From the full build out of the space, to establishing accounts with trades people, directing them to do the work, to full conceptual designs for the showroom, the product mix and its placement.I oversaw all aspects of their showroom design for their locations in NC, TX, and FLA.

My role at KB Homes entailed detailed meetings with future homeowners, working with them thru the construction process, guiding them thru the various upgrades, add-ons and standards that the builder offered and advising them on making investments in their home that would add to it's function, personality and resale. My ability to convey to the homeowner how they were adding long term enjoyment, and value to their home was the reason I consistently exceeded sales goals set by management.
