• Facilitate weekly workshops for discussion and reflection on Resident learning and discernment for ministry
• Provide group and one to one mentorship and coaching to assist Resident’s thriving in ministry
• Design program curriculum to address topics and themes relevant to urban ministry such as: community organizing, relationship building with community members and partners, anti-racism, community mapping, and systems.
