Safety, protecting the environment, and education have always been and will be an important part of my life. I have over 20 years of safety experience ranging from the military to the medical field, and now to the Natural Gas Industry. The enjoyment of learning, working with others, and teaching those around me the importance of safety has helped propel me to a manager position.As a Safety Professional, I take pride in working on and improving the safety culture of all the sites assigned to me and within the company. Safety and Risk Management:• Authorized OSHA General Industry trainer, certified NASP Construction Safety Manager; e-Hazard authorized Low & High Voltage trainer; and CPR/First Aid/AED trainer.• Experience in OSHA 1910 & 1926, EPA, DNR, SPCC, SWPPP, ECP, NFPA, NEC, NESC, ANSI, RUS, ASTM, DOT, & state guidelines.• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving aptitude.• Create training programs in compliance with ISO 45001, ANSI/ASSP-Z490.1, 29 CFR 1910.1200, & OSHA 2254.• Conduct safety training, inspections, and audits, maintain safety documents; and create safety reports.• Computer skillset: Very proficient in Windows, Python, SAP, and SCADA.• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Professional, GIS mapping, & Python.• Excellent organizational and management skills.
