Brigade Medical Readiness Ncoic
CurrentAS the MRNCO for an Infantry Brigadee of 4,200 Soldiers, ,i am responsible for the credentialing and training for all physicians, physicians assistants, medics, and medical personnel for the Brigade. I also manage the medical readiness for the Brigade and report medical status directly to the Brigade Commander, an O6, and also to Division Surgeon/Command, O7.I am the Suicide Prevention officer, American Heart Association CPR instructor, Combat Lifesaver Instructor, Substance abuse manager, and Safety Manager. I also manage all Soldiers with medical issues and coordinate as their Case Manager with Divisional Case management for thier care, treatment, evaluation for continued service in the military, and help facilitate the Disability process.
