I now serve as a pastor of a medium size Baptist Church with 75 members and congregation overall of around 150

It' great to be part of a growing rural church. Since I came the biggest notable event was the destruction of the old chapel due to an electrical fault in March 2009. That began a six year process to explore our options, plan, build and move into a brand new greenfield site facility which was dedicated to the glory of God in March 2015. As a church we look back on the fire as God's blessing, and an opportunity to demonstrate our generosity as a people. A membership of around 70 members worked hard to lend and give to raise the £1.1mn needed. Now we have a great tool for mission and we continue to use it generously within and for the community for the glory of God
