I have over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on retirement services and investment advising. I’ve held various roles such as Retirement Services Specialist, Investment Advisor, Team Manager and Senior Registered Representative. I obtained my Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and have consistently exceeded productivity goals in my roles. I have strong skills in customer service, investment guidance, and team management, making myself a valuable asset in any financial organization. I had obtained the following FINRA licenses while working in the financial industry: Series 7, 63, 9, 10 and SIE. The majority of my time in the industry was spent working at Charles Schwab & Co (23 years) where I obtained experience working in various departments such as their Compliance, Operations, Technical Support and Retirement Services, making myself well-rounded and adaptable to different roles and responsibilities. I also managed a team of 15 brokers in their call center. After my time at Schwab, I worked at USAA as well as Vanguard for a little while. I am now currently working at Voya Financial and have been there just over three years now. I’m currently working in their Wealth Solutions Services working mainly with their employer sponsored retirement plans.
