Coordinates all mission support from mission scenario development to live operational support to post-mission debrief and evaluation. Responsible for development, production, and continuous update of written, photographic, and videotape training aids and materials for mission planning; familiarization of aircrews with range capabilities, assets, and operational procedures with detailed debriefings. Supports planning and coordination for agencies participating in or supporting training operations on the range complex. Attends pre-mission conferences for users and support groups. Coordinates with range scheduling for TACTS/EW asset requirements. Provides for equipment operator training for RTO and other on-site personnel in operation of JDS console. Conducts equipment demonstrations for authorized personnel. Performs RTO functions when squadron RTOs are not available. Supports users and support groups in conducting live missions, which includes assistance with developing training scenarios, coordination of fleet exercises, coordinating integrated air defense system functions and their implementation. Implements and administers a means of effective, rapid, and comprehensive method of distributing TACTS/EW mission scenarios and updates. Implements a method of providing feedback on mission results such as weapon scoring, kills,and EW countermeasures effectiveness. Provides post-mission debriefings. Ensures mission data reduction support is provided. Compiles a daily after-action mission summary of training assets scheduled and used with explanations of deviations. Includes RTO comment sheets. Conducts RTO Certification Training.

Ability to interact with customer and maintain a professional attitude at all times in the work place is a must. Provides installation and maintenance of hardware and software in accordance with overall project objectives and requirements. Maintains and repairs servers, workstations and laptop computers. Maintains and configure network devices to include hubs, switches, router under direct supervision. Installs and maintains COTS and GOTS applications. Provides software maintenance, upgrades, and installation of new applications. Refers to technical reference manuals, schematics and drawings to solve hardware and software problems. Updates documentation to record new equipment installed, modifications to computers and network equipment to include system configurations. Installs and maintains audio, data and video switching systems. Provides system maintenance and implements changes. Perform mission backup and data reduction as required. Creates and delivers training for users and management. Identifies and implements enhancements to the systems. Supports integrated communications installation and maintenance tasks, to include: monitoring and configuring communications, monitoring network activity, information assurance including system remediation performing diagnostics and resolving problems. Responsible for maintaining and implementing changes to the Fallon JDS maps by using the appropriate software and hardware. Backup all equipment as required. Notify supervisor of equipment/system(s) that failed to function properly. Ensure the cleanliness of work areas. Maintain a positive workplace environment and promote increased customer satisfaction. Document system utilization, changes, and maintenance in IEMS. Compare approved procedures to those processes that users followed. Minimum Position-Specific Training Required: IAT Level II, Microsoft and/or Linux Operating System commercial certification, DOD network security training,TCP/IP networking training.

Active Duty from September 1987- August 1999. Joined the Navy Reserve and retired from the Navy Reserve in 2009.
