After running an Information Technologies consulting company in Seattle, I moved to Livingston for greater access to the outdoors and a smaller community. I am seeking a position with more focus on the IT Industry and data analysis.I grew Jensen Consulting from a firm of 1 to 10 individuals over 15 years. We primarily focused on small to medium sized companies. We functioned as the IT department for our clients providing complete support – from personal computers to servers, local networking to Internet, application, and database development/implementation to security. We evolved as our customers and technology changed.I ran the company, but also acted as the key technology person. If there was a new technology to implemented, a major problem to be solved or something would not work as it should, I was the person to turn to. I was also the primary application developer.I have been involved in the computer industry since the 1980’s and have played a role as it evolved from the Apple II and IBM AT computers to today’s cloud computing and Internet of Things. My knowledge has been gained by implementing and working with new technologies as they emerged.
