Responsible for completing enlistment contacts and preparing applicants physically and mentally for recruit training; interviewing applicants to ensure eligibility and to find careers based on qualifications; conducting small and large presentations for groups ranging from 5 to 50 individuals to generate interest in serving.

Responsible for maintenance and processing of all legal issues for the unit of four battalions consisting of over 1200 service members. Also responsible for the development of databases to track statuses of all pending legal actions. Required to report directly to the command and effective officers of the command and recording of minutes in Non-judicial punishments.
