As CEO of FRANdata since 2001, I oversee the strategic direction of the leading franchise-focused research and advisory firm in the nation. Leveraging my expertise in comparative/competitive performance, franchise operational metrics, and franchise capital access; my team and I have grown the company’s analytical and research capabilities into world-class advisory solutions. Before my time at FRANdata, I was part of the National Cooperative Bank’s executive team, where I managed investment, conventional, and SBA lending groups. My career spans information services, commercial banking, investment banking, and federal financial regulation. I am honored to have served on industry and trade boards, including the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Board of Directors. My responsibility to franchising is to strengthen the franchise business model by defining and measuring what "Best" looks like.
