- Perform space surveillance and orbital analyst functions and evaluates operational activities regarding the Operational Satellite Catalog.- Direct the Space Surveillance Network to acquire additional data on objects requiring manual orbital analysts to better refine the orbital elements of the object.- Perform highly eccentric satellite support, multi-day satellite support, synchronous cluster satellite support, external element set processing, analyst satellite support (including correlation, cataloging with appropriate international designator). - Perform space surveillance and orbital analysis functions.

- Establish training requirements for the SPADOC System Programmer Analyst (SPA). SPADOC System Administration Operator/Analyst (SSAO), Space Trainer System Administration Operator/Analyst, and Consolidated Space Operations Analyst (CSOA).- Manage the training pipeline for all SPADOC crew positions, oversee and conducts training for all SPADOC crew positions.- Review, evaluate, and recommends certification for SPA, SSAO, Space Trainer SSAO crew positions.- Conduct remedial training and incorporate lessons learned into Crew Information Files and formal SPADOC training material.- Monitors and tracks DoD 8570 Certifications, and company mandated, and government required initial/annual/biannual/as needed training requirements for all NISSC personnel ensuring that all training requirements are being met.- Recertifies personnel that require retraining and provides status to site management on further recommendations- Review and update Operational Checklists, Procedures and Manuals.
