This includes managing preliminary budgets, coordinating architectural design and engineering efforts, overseeing budgeting processes, facilitating bidding procedures, obtaining permits, negotiating contracts, and providing comprehensive oversight of both construction activities and construction administration.In this capacity, I lead a team comprising Project Managers, Superintendents, and administrative staff, guiding them in executing their respective duties in the management of large-scale construction projects. Notably, I am adept at working with clients on a range of project types, including Condominium renovations, Clubhouse renovations, Fire Stations, public and private High School renovations, as well as new commercial buildings and tenant improvements. Central to my role is ensuring that all logistical elements and staffing requirements are meticulously coordinated to guarantee the successful and timely completion of our projects while prioritizing overall client satisfaction.
