As a Senior Project Manager, I oversee a wide array of projects and personnel for a diverse clientele, including Private Owners, Commercial Developers, Real Estate Management Teams, Investment Groups, Municipal Representatives, and School Districts. My responsibilities encompass the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery. This includes managing preliminary budgets, coordinating architectural design and engineering efforts, overseeing budgeting processes, facilitating bidding procedures, obtaining permits, negotiating contracts, and providing comprehensive oversight of both construction activities and construction administration.In this capacity, I lead a team comprising Project Managers, Superintendents, and administrative staff, guiding them in executing their respective duties in the management of large-scale construction projects. Notably, I am adept at working with clients on a range of project types, including Condominium renovations, Clubhouse renovations, Fire Stations, public and private High School renovations, as well as new commercial buildings and tenant improvements. Central to my role is ensuring that all logistical elements and staffing requirements are meticulously coordinated to guarantee the successful and timely completion of our projects while prioritizing overall client satisfaction.

Working as Project Manager, I continue to assist various Owners, Developers, Municipal Representatives, School District personnel, with preliminary construction tasks, budgets, bidding, drawings, contracts, and construction administration. Perform all duties associated with managing large-scale construction projects. Client's projects include Public High School Renovations and Private High School and assisting with customer retention.

Working as Project Manager and Owner's Representative, I continue to assist various Owner Boards, Developers, Municipal Representatives, and Private Owners to manage market studies, preliminary consultant tasks, budgets, bidding, drawings, contracts, and construction administration. Client's projects have included multiple non-profit centers, multi-family residential complexes, condominium towers, first responder training centers, courthouses, parks, water activity centers, children's themed park areas, and luxury residential projects throughout Florida.
