So we worked closely together to develop regulatory and clinical strategies and respond to FDA and other Govt. regulated body questions. I found Darrell to be a tireless worker with a wealth of knowledge. I knew that if a clinical issue arose during one of our studies, Darrell would work to find a solution. I came to depend heavily on Darrell's expertise which allowed me to focus on other aspects of the product under development. Losing Darrell for him to explore other opportunities is a big loss for our company, but I am sure will allow Darrell to prosper in some other clinical role. I would whole fully endorse Darrell for any clinical role he may pursue in the future and am confident he will exceed expectations as he did with Smith & Nephew. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Darrell sometime in the future and do hope we again cross paths in this industry. Sincerely, Mike Scott"
