Our main business is to buy, renovate and hold for our investment of single family houses. Our portfolio includes properties in four states across the country.We are especially interested in pre-1900 architectural properties. Our oldest property was built around 1860. Our largest property is the former Goodwin Community Center in Claremont, NH with approximately 24,000 s.f.Another interesting change of use project is converting the 12,000 s.f. East School in Springfield, Vt into my personal residence and create the company workshop and offices. Our acquisitions have been covered on the front pages of the local newspapers several times.
