Designed HR development framework & policies for a new science and technology government agency (1,500+ employees).Designed & executed end-to-end talent development activities for over 80 officers in the young talent group.Conducted succession planning for directors across technical and corporate functions.

Co-developed & launched the first public sector workforce data projection model, for strategic workforce planning.Developed & executed client engagement strategy for the workforce projection tool, adopted by 35 government agencies (10,000+ population).Requirements analysis & implementation of AI-based internal jobs marketplace, for horizontal functions in government (i.e. Communications, Service Delivery, Social Services, Finance & Procurement, HR). Was the voice of ODIN (government's workforce data platform) for the flagship e-learning module.

Conducted valuation analysis for Series B venture capital investment in a Bay Area-based blockchain infrastructure company, the first overseas venture capital investment by a Thai financial institution.Researched & produced briefs on the landscape of blockchain-based firms and U.K. & Singapore regulatory regimes (i.e. equity crowdfunding, digital sandbox testing) to inform the bank’s positions in discussions with Thai financial regulators.

Assisted with research for 8 Asian political risk analysis projects, commissioned by clients in sectors spanning healthcare, steel, and financial services.
