Project managed about 600 new installs for the transition of the directory assistance platform from Metro One to InfoNXX. Set up and verified the disconnect spreadsheet for the existing 600-700 circuits that we had with Metro One.Served on a team as a project manager/provisioner for an 1100 cell site on-air objective in 2004 for the Verizon northeast territory. We dealt with the project managers at Verizon to ensure all issues were dealt with immediately and all orders were clean. Acted as the Verizon CSG administrator which entailed setting up system access and working out issues with the vendor. This was from 2000-2006.
