I am a Computer Science graduate with my master's degree from SUNY New Paltz. In my education I have learned about software engineering using Java, as well as: Assembly language, functional programming, machine learning and data science, digital logic, compiler design, and cloud computing software.In my senior year I minored in Applied Mathematics. Being exposed to advanced math concepts will better prepare me for certain difficult problems as a programmer. For my senior software project, I developed an Android app for the school's Sojourner Truth Library.I have been fortunate enough to have studied abroad in Australia as an undergrad, where I attended the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) for a year. In Sydney I studied cybersecurity and cryptography.Experience Networking (CCNA / Cisco devices), database design (MySQL), and data security, including pentesting labs and code review.I take pride in writing functional, efficient, and readable code, and I always look forward to a good coding challenge.
