Provide internal systems service and support for proprietary asset management software utilized by the government on a global scale. Support end users within a help desk environment and talk them through specifics of software utilization and policy support procedures. Assist software developers in program development and updates; communicate various software issues and relays and communicate that information back to the clients.Support all global software services and answer approximately 20+ calls daily for software tracking program that manage all assets including people, and hardware assets utilized in the field. Acknowledged as subject matter expert for general users in financial systems support, systems anomalies, Maximo, and all applications developed/deployed under contractor or predecessors. Provide Tier II support for resolving issues regarding IBM Maximo & CGI Momentum softwareTrain Tier I support personnel on ticket creation and oversight of incidents until resolution or escalation.
