Phillips 66 Small Cap & Central Engineering Partnership Projects• Spearheaded the scheduling effort of engineering projects across 10 different refineries.• Streamlined communication between E&P, management, and clients to support aggressive schedules to meet schedule KPIs and support refinery TARs.Enterprise PDH 2 Project• Performed duties as the engineering scheduler for the 750 KTA grassroots propane dehydrogenation plant that was constructed at the Enterprise complex in Mont Belvieu, TX.• Analyzed critical paths and performed “What-if” analysis to support management in decision-making.Phillips 66 Sweeny Hub Phase 2 and Frac 4 Projects• Oversaw the scheduling program from FEL through EPC as the lead scheduler for the 300K BPD SHP2 NGL Fractionation plants at the P66 Sweeny Refinery as well as for the Frac 4 Unit.• Managed the E&C schedulers with effective communication to aid in the success of the project, which finished 2 months ahead of schedule and $100 million under budget.Lone Star NGL Fractionator V Project• Facilitated discussions with engineering disciplines and reviewed scope documents to develop the engineering schedule for a 120K BPD NGL Fractionation Unit constructed in Mont Belvieu, TX.• Resource-loaded P6 schedules for both FEL and Detailed Engineering and established progress curves for engineering progress measurement prior to baselining the schedules.• Successfully coordinated with procurement personnel to maintain the schedule for major equipment deliveries and bulk materials that met construction need dates.Phillips 66 Fractionator 1 & Export Propane Unit Projects• Performed duties as lead scheduler through the design and construction of a 100K BPD NGL Fractionation Unit and 100K BPD Export Propane Unit constructed in Sweeny, TX.• Effectively managed a team of schedulers responsible for all P66 program work.• Analyzed schedule updates against baselines and met with management to implement corrective actions when appropriate.

Atlantic LNG Upgrades Project• Developed level 3 Primavera schedules for both FEED and detailed engineering projects associated with turnarounds by train for a revamp of the Atlantic LNG plant in Trinidad.• Led biweekly schedule meetings with engineering, procurement, and management personnel to update the progress of deliverables, review critical paths, and plan future work.• Generated tracking tools for procurement progress and contributed summary schedules and write-ups for monthly reports.• Assessed schedule impacts of trends, including changes in client priorities by project or train.Woodside Browse LNG BOD Project• Maintained the level 3 Primavera engineering schedule for pre-FEED studies of Woodside’s Browse LNG plant development.• Established engineering progress and performance reporting for the project.
