I worked in the developing markets division primarily responsible for coordinating the collection of the CS Gold system a campus wide access, vending, meal plan system. Coordinated with customers to make sure that any issues which kept the universities from paying were addressed by salesman, national sales manager, vice president as necessary.

I ensured an annual sales volume of over $250 million dollars flowed without interruption. Worked directly with purchasing agents, customer service departments, IT departments and distribution centers to overcome credit term issues, receiving issues, system limitations, and EDI errors to ensure that invoices are paid within terms and without interruptions. Shortly after Newell acquired Rubbermaid my divisions functions were moved out of state and all division employees were laid off. At this time another division within the company hired me and I worked in the customer service department until leaving to pursue an opportunity at Diebold.
