Current• Key contributor to the development of mechanical and automation systems in projects.• Oversee mechanical and process teams in the administration of the project's development, budget, deployment, and execution.• Lead, manage, and distribute attainable objectives to staff.• Establish and implement engineering best practices, processes, and procedures to facilitate and improve overall performance of the team.• Understand and specify the design specifications of projects and disseminate to the team members.• Understand the development and validation processes required to deliver successful systems, products, and initiatives that meet or exceed client expectations.• Providing technical support to team project leaders and coordinating with other departments to ensure project efforts are supported and effectively implemented.• Provide technical assistance and counsel to all stakeholders and company personnel.
