I enjoy strategic planning and evaluation with a focus on improving systems and processes through collective impact and systems thinking. My experience in the public policy and social service sphere has helped me gain skills in project design and implementation to address a wide range of complex and deep-seated issues ranging from inequality and inclusivity, to poverty and performance management and evaluation of policies in a dynamic landscape. I've learnt how important it is to have an integrated approach of one's head, heart and hands in everything we do, and enjoy working in a team to ask the right questions and collectively deliberate the best way forward.
