Provided training areas, facilities, and live fire ranges for active, national guard, reserve, and Allied Forces military units and various federal, state, and local agencies to increase unit and team proficiencies. Responsible for the sustainment and targeted development of over 327,000 acres, training facilities, infrastructure and utilities, environmental programs, installation emergency response and security, Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs, Child Development Center operations, and Family programs that support Active, Guard, Reserve, Retired, and Department of the Army Civilians for Central and Eastern Washington. Responsible for the Installation Force Protection Program.

Led and managed a 75-person staff who coordinates operations, training, personnel, logistics, fiscal management, and administrative support for the 600 permanent party cadre and the 3,500 daily trainees. Managed a $6.4M annual budget.
