With over seventeen years’ experience working within the logistics sector, focusing on life sciences and healthcare supply chain I have built up a strong understanding of the vital roles 3PL organisations play in our ever changing world of e commerce and customer experience. Coupled with a strong background in managing sizeable operational budgets I have in depth knowledge of profit and loss within a supply chain organisation, experience of owning both closed and open book customer accounts. Most recently at Arvato, my role is to provide leadership, direction and management of all aspects of the Healthcare warehouse and field inventory operations across the UK, providing clear direction to the Healthcare operations teams to deliver against agreed customer SLA’s and to generate a culture of continuous improvement using Lean management principles both local and internationally. Ensure that the infrastructure, resources and processes are in place to enable Key Performance Indicators to be met or exceeded on a continuous and cost-effective basis, whilst working closely with all levels of Arvato management, in the UK and around the world, to ensure that timely and accurate communications are maintained with all levels of the organisation, including Clients and internal stakeholders. Working closely with my internal support network and quality management teams to ensure compliance within the MHRA operations is adhered to at all times, whilst maintaining the integrity of daily infrastructure such as security, safety and facility management across the network.
