Darrell “iAmTheRealDP” Patterson is an international fitness trainer and nutrition specialist who specializes in changing lives one pound at a time. Patterson is from Cleveland OH and presenlty resides in Atlanta, GA. As the founder and CEO of HEATXtreme, Patterson’s mission is to inspire and motivate individuals to live a healthier lifestyle. He excelled in all sports and was voted an All American Athlete. After years of hard work and dedication Patterson was awarded a full scholarship to the University of Findlay. Upon receiving a double bachelor in Technology Management and Marketing Patterson worked for eight years in the corporate sector. However, his passion for fitness and athleticism never left him. As a result he decided to answer his true calling to fitness. He became fitness trainer. Patterson is a certified American Muscle & Fitness Personal Trainer. He specializes in a number of different training methods: athletics training, CrossFit, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle building, and weight loss. Patterson is also the creator of Hardcore Extreme Active Training, known to many as H.E.A.T. This program is a uniquely orchestrated group of exercises designed to exert the body to its extreme capacity through a continuous nonstop movement 30 minutes class. This signature workout consist of a "resting" exercise to keep the heart rate increased which allows the body to burn the maximum amount of body fat in a short amount of time.
