This initiative resulted in a significant 1.2 Billion Pound contract awarded to the Fisher Consortium. Our comprehensive solution addressed the full spectrum of talent development and management requirements for Navy personnel, ranging from recruitment to retirement. It encompassed various roles and capabilities within the Navy, requiring intricate coordination to meet complex timing and personnel capability needs.Our solution was built upon a highly complex system of systems, focused on delivering a steady flow of skilled personnel to the Navy, aligning with their intricate timing and capability demands.
